*Please note that delivery timeframes start from when your package is marked as shipped and do not include weekends or any customs processing delays. Shipping prices are in USD currency. These costs will convert to your local currency at checkout if you choose to checkout in your local currency.
*Cancellation:Generally, cancellation is possible within 3 hours after the order is placed (depending on our shipping speed), if your parcel has already been shipped and cannot be intercepted, we will not be able to initiate the cancellation process for you, and we recommend that you contact our after-sales service to follow up on the return procedure once you have received your product.In addition, the issuing bank and the third-party service will charge a refund fee for the cancellation of the order. We will deduct a uniform fee of 7 USD from each order.

Delivery Timeframes

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. We ship most of our items within 48 hours.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 9–15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 9 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer sometimes. If your order is shipping to Brazil or Russia or other continents, it will take about 25 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer from time to time. Express shipping may take 4-8 business days to arrive in the destination.

Delivery Delays

During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been despatched from our warehouse. These delays are out of the control of Poava. If you wish to seek compensation for any inconvenience caused, you may wish to contact the courier directly.

Pre-Order Styles

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock styles, your delivery will not be arranged until ALL items are in stock. Please email support@poava.com if you would like an alternative arrangement. We highly recommend placing a seperate order if any items from your order are urgent.

*Cancellation of pre-order items is strictly not accepted once your order has been placed. The expected delivery date on all pre-order styles is an estimate only, and is not considered a formal guarantee. For an unexpected delay in the delivery date which exceeds 10 business days, you will be notified via email and our customer care team will be more than happy to discuss your options.

Customs Charges

The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. Poava is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
